DO NOT TAKE THE FOLLOWING MEDICATIONS FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE OR AFTER SURGERY (THEY PROMOTE BLEEDING)

Our top priority is ensuring your safety before, during, and after surgery. Certain medications and supplements can increase the risk of bleeding or interfere with anaesthesia and healing processes. Managing your medications carefully in the two weeks leading up to and following your rhinoplasty or sinus surgery is essential. Below is a comprehensive list of medications and substances to avoid and those that are safe to take during this period. Please review this information thoroughly, and if you have any questions or concerns about your current medications, consult with Dr Gillian Dunlop or your pharmacist prior to your procedure.

Please Note:
ROACCUTANE: Patients must complete their course of ROACCUTANE 4 weeks prior to rhinoplasty surgery or risk wound breakdown.
